Mr Toumi has been absolutely amazing throughout, he put me at ease from the very first consultation, he explained everything in detail, the pros and cons of the surgery I was about to undertake. He was readily available on email to answer all my queries and concerns. On the day of the surgery, he made every effort to reassure me before and after, even upon discharge he was there to ensure i was comfortable, given the time of day it was i was very much appreciative. My follow up was very much the with a very successful outcome, he really is a lovely man, and I can't thank him enough for my whole experience under his care, I can highly recommend Mr Toumi.

I contacted Dr toumi May 2022 and had an initial consultation which he explained all my options, pros and cons of different surgical options and ensured I had a clear picture of my options. Initially apprehensive so i delayed my decsion which he had no issue with and felt 0 pressure. I contacted him in July 2022 to express I had decided to go for sleeve surgery. He booked me in for follow up test etc and the process started. I had my operation 19th September and have lost 4 stone in the past 9 weeks. Although I had caught an infection and covid unrelated to my operation dr toumi ensured I got all the right after care where the NHS had failed me due to thinking I had issues because of my operation which wasn't true. Dr toumi cared for me listened to me and went out of the way to treat me for other illnesses as part of my after care package. He goes above and beyond is always friendly and professional. He has changed not only my life but my families. I will forever be greatful! Thank you so much

I am 53 years old and this was my first surgery in life and Dr Toumi spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons and was not pushy and let me conclude things for myself with his advise. I had many questions and Dr Toumi answered all of my emails re worries I had a pre and also post surgery. I felt very secure with Dr Toumi.

Mr. Toumi listened carefully to my life experience of dieting and to my complex medical history. To my utter amazement he agreed that gastric revision surgery would be of great benefit to my future health and a date was agreed between us. He was always quick to answer any questions by email no matter how bizarre they may have seemed and sorted out any problems as they arose. His visit before surgery put my nerves at ease with his gentle humour and empathy. Visiting him after the surgery he was always kind, thoughtful, thorough and nicely informative about how I could improve my recovery as well as looking to the future.
